Senior Group
                        This group is intended for swimmers 12 years and older. This group trains 8 times a week which requires dedication and commitment to our sport. Athletes must demonstrate good work ethic and effort on a day-to-day basis to progress and achieve their individual goals. Athletes are committed to an aerobic/IM development and are expected to attend Regional & Provincial level meets. Swimmers are required to maintain a 90% or better attendance.
