Senior Group
This training group is for swimmers who are focused on achieving their provincial and national standards.
This group trains 7X times per week on average and requires the most dedication and commitment to our club.
Great work ethic and dedication on a day-to-day basis is required.
Generally, this is for high school aged swimmers but exceptions may be made with head coach approval.
Athletes are committed to an aerobic and IM focused training and these athletes aspire to eventually swim at the university level.
Swimmers must maintain a minimum attendance of 70% (unless approved by Head Coach) and their families are expected to assist with fundraising and officiating at hosted competitions.
