Swimming Lessons

Swimming School

CALAC is proud to offer its introductory competition program. We offer swimming lessons based on teaching the four swimming strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Lessons are available for children aged 5 and older who can be in the water without adult assistance and without the use of flotation devices. All new swimmers are required to undergo a free evaluation by a CALAC instructor in order to register. This is done to ensure that each swimmer is enrolled in the appropriate level.
